Face to face battle between Biafra’s controlled Black Marine and the Brigadier Intervention Rapide (BIR) has claimed the lives of 11 persons in Abana, former headquarters of Bakassi Peninsula.
According to report, deadly gunfire ensued between the two factions who are battling for control of the Peninsula at 11am on Saturday.
Confirmations from sources revealed that 8 members of the BIR have died while the Black Marine lost three men.
